The Strand House presents the first Culinary Masters Series of the season on Monday, September 23.
After a short summer hiatus, the Culinary Masters Series returns to The Strand House with an exciting lineup for the fall.
Guests will enjoy an evening with Chef Jonathan Benno of Lincoln Ristorante.
The menu will include items such as burrata with pole beans, tomatoes and arugula; corn agnolotti with burgundy truffles; pasta with sea urchin, crab, chili and mint-grilled lamb t-bone and sausage with eggplant, artichoke, peppers and bagne cauda.
Wines will be expertly paired by the team at Terra Valentine.
The Strand House Culinary Masters Series was created to bring the world’s best chefs, food and wine to their “House” in Manhattan Beach. Michael Zislis has arranged a creative roster of guest talent to prepare very special dinners in The Strand House kitchen, working side by side with Executive Chefs Neal Fraser and Greg Hozinsky.
