Oceania Cruise Lines
Have the industries largest multi-station Bon Appetit Culinary Center. These centers are in partnership with the magazine itself. Cooking lesson are in professional kitchens with master chefs – all hands-on. One of their classes is called “Passion for Pasta” where the foodies will make pasta and fresh sauces from scratch.

Holland America Cruise Lines
In their culinary arts center foodies are in a theater style seating so they can watch the demonstrations. And they get to taste a sampling of the preparations.

Silversea Cruises
Rely on culinary trainer David Bilsland – former instructor at London’s Le Cordon Bleu. He hosts their interactive cooking school with workshops covering everything from knife skills to terminology to baking.
