Carmine Giovinazzo of "CSI: NY" is dealing with some new problems. On Jan. 30, TMZ reported that the star was arrested. He plays Danny Messer on the show.
This actually happened on Jan. 21, but he was able to keep the news secret until now. He was swerving and all over the road when he was pulled over. He gave police officers the reason that he was lost and messing with the GPS.
It is being reported that Carmine had bloodshot eyes and smelled of booze. He also had two other people in the vehicle with him. He admitted to drinking a scotch, but did not admit he had drank several. He actually ended up being arrested for DUI. His blood alcohol level was .149 which is twice the legal limit.
E! Online even posted his mugshot as the one for the day. It is sad that their is a star arrested so often they have one to post daily.
