There are sometimes those crazy name or mug shots that end up going viral because they're just too funny to pass up. When it comes to being arrested and being booked though, there may be no greater name than that of a Florida woman who goes by the name of Crystal Metheny. Oddly enough, as the Orlando Sentinel reported on June 11, 2014, she was not arrested for something drug-related.

The Sentinel reported that Crystal Metheny was arrested on May 5, 2014, in Polk County, Florida, and no, it wasn't for drugs.

Well, it wasn't for drugs that she got arrested this time.

The charge that got Crystal Metheny arrested last month for shooting a missile into a vehicle. Yes, the Polk County Sheriff's Office public records revealed that she actually was arrested for firing a missile into a vehicle in Florida.

There was no word on how she actually acquired said missile, but it was in her possession.

As the records have stated and confirmation has been made, her real name is indeed Crystal Metheny and that is not an alias. The public records officially state that Metheny was booked for shooting the missile and then released the following day after posting a $5,000 bond.

Back in 2012, the 36-year-old Metheny was arrested for a drug possession charge, but it was for marijuana.

The obvious too-good-to-be-true headline of "Crystal Metheny arrested for selling crystal meth" has yet to come true.
