Cruzan Rum, the popular spirit from St. Croix, has unveiled the Cruzan Rum Distiller’s Collection. The line incorporates Cruzan Estate Diamond Light Rum ($19.99), in addition to Cruzan Estate Diamond Dark Rum ($19.99) and Cruzan’s Single Barrel Rum. Each rum is aged between 5 and 12 years, and is made from tropical rainwater and high-quality molasses.
Cruzan Rums are extremely versatile, perfect for traditional cocktails such as mojitos or daiquiris, but are also appropriate for sipping neat. The darker rum, aged in new American oak barrels, is full bodied with lots of caramel flavor.
For at-home imbibing this weekend (when it’s finally starting to feel like Fall), check out the Cruzan Fig Pie by Jesse Card, Master Mixologist for Cruzan Rum. Pick up Cruzan at Riverside Liquors, Yorkshire Wine & Spirits, K & D Wine & Spirits, East River Liquors and West 54th Liquors, or ask for it at Carmine’s, Atta Boy, Dead Rabbit, Havana Central or Del Frisco’s. Cheers!
