If you're anxious to check out the new hip CrushCraft Thai restaurant that was slated to open in the Quadrangle this past Monday, January 27th, you will have to hold on for a few more weeks.
Owners, Chef Paul Singhapong and Jack Nuchkasem have issued this statement:
On behalf of the entire team at CrushCraft, we regret to announce that our opening has been pushed back about two weeks. During our mock service, we realized that the current point of sale system would not be acceptable for our fast casual format. We want our guests to have the best possible experience when dining at CrushCraft, so we feel it important to implement a new system. Thank you to our friends & family for the support during this pre-opening process. To our future customers : we apologize for the delay & look forward to serving you. Thank you in advance for your understanding & patience. Please stay tuned as we work out the kinks and prepare for a successful opening.
The opening is planned for February and when it does open, it should be fantastic.
