Cookie Crumb Crust

1/3 cup butter


1 1/2 cups crushed cookies



  • In a 9-inch pie pan, melt butter.
  • Stir crumbs in and blend well.
  • Press against sides and bottom of pan.
  • Bake until lightly browned.

Graham Cracker Crust



1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs


1/4 cup sugar


1/3 cup butter, room temperature



  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar in medium bowl.
  • Add butter; mix until thoroughly blended.
  • Press crumb mixture evenly and firmly against bottom and sides of pie plate.


  • Bake in 350°F oven until center is firm to the touch and the edge is lightly golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Cool completely on wire rack.

Graham Cracker Nut Crumb Crust

1 cup gramham cracker crumbs

1/4 cupo sugar

1/2 cup ground almonds, pecans or walnuts

1/3 cup butter at room temperature

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs. ground nuts and sugar in medium bowl.
  • Add butter; mix until thoroughly blended.
  • Press crumb mixture evenly and firmly against bottom and sides of pie plate.


  • Bake in 350°F oven until center is firm to the touch and the edge is lightly golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Cool completely on wire rack.
