If you don't have time for crock pot barbeque chicken take a short drive to Gilmer, Texas and give 'Dubyas Smokehouse BBQ' a try. They don't serve BBQ chicken but they do have some of the best sausage, turkey and brisket I have ever tasted. "Dubyas' is located at 102 Old Coffeeville Rd. in Gilmer, TX.

Easy barbeque chicken variations:
* Any cut of chicken may be substituted for the leg quarters.
* Onion and bell pepper may be omitted without compromising flavor.
