Here’s a simple but hearty dinner that will please your family and have them coming back for more. It is made refrigerator biscuits and it is very easy to add a vegetable like green beans or broccoli to make a more rounded meal. Served with a salad or side of greens this dinner will be a hit with your family.

INGREDIENTS:
4 boneless chicken breast

2 tablespoons butter
2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 onion finely chopped
2 rolls of biscuits (such as Pillsbury) torn into small pieces

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place the chicken, butter, soup, and onion in a slow cooker, and fill with enough water to cover.2. Cover, and cook for 5 to 6 hours on High. About 30 minutes before serving, place the torn biscuit dough in the slow cooker. Cook until the dough is no longer raw in the center.
