On Tuesday, Criss Angel, the famous Las Vegas magician offered $5,000 for the safe return of his puppy that was stolen from a Las Vegas pet shop, the Las Vegas Sun reports.

Criss was boarding his dog while on vacation when someone broke through the gates of the business, Prince and Princess Puppies and Boutique and took his puppy along with three others around 11:45 p.m. on Sunday.

The dog nappers allegedly robbed another pet shop nearby and lifted several exotic birds, according to a Metro Police press release.

Angel had just bought the teacup Yorkshire terrier after the recent death of his puppy Dini.

"We have to find these puppies. We have to catch these people. This could be devastating," he said, according to the Las Vegas Sun.

Criss, who stars in Cirque du Soleil’s “Believe” at the Luxor also tweeted the number for Metro Police at 702-828-3573 to encourage fans to leave tips.
