Microsoft released more screenshots and footage Thursday of the upcoming Xbox One spiritual successor to the beloved Panzer Dragoon franchise, Crimson Dragon. A release date and price for the title was revealed as well.
Originally slated as an Xbox 360 Kinect title, Crimson Dragon comes from Panzer Dragoon creator Yukio Futatsugi and the dual studios of Grounding and Land Ho! who have added traditional gamepad controls along with "intuitive gestures and voice" controls to the title.
The game is set on the human colonized planet of Dragon where the new residents have learned to control and ride the native dragons. It's not an easy planet to settle though as a beast called "The White Phantom" threatens the settlers chance at a new life.
Crimson Dragon will release alongside the Xbox One on Nov. 22 for $19.99 as a digital-only title. Those that purchase and play the game prior to Dec. 31 will receive an exclusive dragon to go along with the six included in the game.
