One name you don't see in the media very often is Thomas Gibson best known for his role on "Dharma and Greg" and "Criminal Minds". The fairly successful television star was in the news Jan. 6, 2013 after TMZ reported he was arrested on suspicion for DUI after trying to drive through a blocked off area for a marathon that happened earlier that day. The arrest and charge of a misdemeanor DUI was made after he declined to take a breathalyzer test. Bail was set at $15,000.
Thomas Gibson does a great job of staying out of the media buzz. In fact when you do an actual search on "Google" you find a splash of this story mixed in with his twitter page, his fan page and a few other personal pages. One could venture a guess this is not the story he wanted to be remembered for. But as mentioned above he was arrested on suspicion of DUI not confirmed DUI.
