A star of "Criminal Minds" is dealing with a DUI. On Jan. 6, Wet Paint reported that Thomas Gibson was arrested on suspicion of DUI. Fans were upset to hear this news.
Thomas was pulled over early this morning around 1 a.m. in Los Angeles. He was in an area that was blocked off so that a half-marathon could be ran there. He smelled like he had been drinking and was taken to jail. Thomas refused to do a breathalyzer test to prove his innocence.
His bail was set at $15,000. This is probably not a lot for the star of "Criminal Minds." He is still in custody at this time according to Daily Mail. It is unknown why Thomas Gibson has not paid his bond and been released from custody. Hopefully he will be getting out of jail soon and returning to work.
