Creative Halloween project ideas online (Video)

Halloween is just around the bend, and like most parents, I am wracking my brain trying to find fun and creative Halloween project ideas online. In a recent visit to the doctor's office, I spied a very nifty skeleton hanging off the office door. I didn't notice at first, but my son pointed out to me it was made of milk cartons. How interesting and economical! So, I went searching and found a site with instructions, as well as many others to help my readers get a jump-start on creative Halloween projects.
