Create a chic serving tray with Nifty Thrifty Things

Looking for a fun project to add a little pizazz to your living space? Check out this tutorial from Nifty Thrifty Things. All you need is an old tray, a cool graphic and photo transfer medium. Some basic crafting supplies are also needed such as paint for your tray, a flat brush and a hair dryer.
