Creamy, great looking skin traveling and home: Sothys Lift Defense® Foundation

See also

Fresh, moist, perfect looking skin . . . a great way to start out your makeup either traveling or at home. Foundations are the way to achieve this, but only the finest are convenient for traveling and the right texture for a variety of complexions. Sothys Lift Defense® Foundation is a luxurious product that fits the bill. I was very glad to be hosted to experience it!

I tried shade 3, "Porcelaine". It's a rich, light golden shade that has buildable, blendable coverage. It's creamy with a moist -- not glittery, not matte -- appearance. The product comes out of a squeezable tube, so you can apply it with your choice of fingers, sponge or brush. It has a "lifting/protective" effect; I would describe that as the plumping moistness that fills out grooves or dry crevices. The color doesn't turn with time and it wears and covers well.

As someone who travels overseas on an average of once a month, I can definitely extol its virtues traveling in dry airplane cabin air. I don't want anything oily or pasty/creamy
