Making your own baja sauce at home is simple, quick, and easy. You'll be enjoying your own tasty creations in no time at all!
- 3 tbs mayonnaise
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs hot sauce or taco sauce
- 2 tbs verde sauce
- 1 tbs cilantro
Mix all ingredients completely. If you prefer your baja sauce more creamy, add more mayo. If you prefer it thinner and spicier, add more hot sauce or verde sauce. This makes enough sauce for several tacos, and will keep in the fridge in a sealed container for almost a week.
