4 chicken breasts
1 can (15 oz) artichoke hearts, chopped
¾ cup parmesan cheese
¾ cup mayo
1 pinch garlic pepper
Preheat oven to 375º. In a bowl, combine the artichokes, cheese, mayo, and pepper. Grease a baking dish and place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the dish. Pour the cheese mixture over the chicken and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with rice, bread, or your favorite side dish.
