Crawfish Fest brings a taste of Louisiana music and cuisine to NJ

Michael Arnone's 25th Annual Crawfish Fest started out 25 years ago as a fairly contained gathering. In 1989 it was a crawfish boil for a mere 70 people.Today it features a big helping of the music and food offerings most associated with New Orleans and Louisiana in general, and just an hour out of NYC by car.

Musical acts scheduled to appear on 4 stages will represent the following styles: Cajun, Zydeco, Delta Blues, New Orleans R&B, Brass, Gospel and Jazz.
