Cranberry Pie

1 recipe Pie Crust or store bought pie crust

2 cups of fresh or frozen cranberries

1/4 cup of sugar

1/4 packed light brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 egg

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/3 cup sugar

3 tablespoons flour

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Fit piecrust into a 9 inch pie plate.  Fold edges under, and crimp.

Stir together cranberries, sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon, spoon into pie crust.  Whisk together egg, butter, sugar and flour and pour over the cranberry mixture.

Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes more. If pie crust starts to brown too much, layer foil over edges to prevent burning.
