On March 14, military and economic analyst Craig B. Hulet was a guest on the Coast to Coast AM radio show to speak on the rise in drone warfare, and the militarization of domestic government agencies. During a portion of the three hour interview, Hulet stated that Homeland Security is currently purchasing 7000 fully automatic M-4 assault rifles for personal use by their employees, even as these same weapons are being banned for personal use by Congress for the American people.
Geroge Norry: Ok, let's paint a picture of this... let's look at this. They have got 30000 drones to work on us, to fly over America. They're ordering 1.6 billion additional rounds of ammunition, which is more than all out troops could use in Iraq for 22 years. They've got 2200 armored personal carriers, god knows what they already have now. If you look at all these things.. this scenario... one would have to assume that they are being prepared for some major conflict within this country.
Am I right?
Craig B. Hulet: You are absolutely correct. There is one other item missing on our menu. Homeland Security just purchased 7000 fully automatic M-4 carbines. An M-4 is a shorted version of an M-16 carbine. Fully automatic, for use as PDW's (Personal Defense Weapons) for Homeland Security employees.
And under the purchase order, it is recommended that they purchase the M-4, because they said in the document itself, that this is an especially superior weapon, as it holds 30 rounds in a magazine, its 16 inch barrel makes it very maneuverable in a confined space, so it's perfect for home defense against any intruders.
CH: Which is precisely the argument, that Joe Biden turned on its head, and said we need to take those M-4's away from the American people, and that you people need to go out and get yourselves a double barreled shotgun. - Coast to Coast AM, March 14
This purchase, along with several increased ammunition RFP's by Homeland Security in the first three months of 2013, comes at a time when economic, political, and military frequencies are increasing domestically, and around the world. Several economic analysts, including Peter Schiff and Gerald Celente, are predicting 2013 as the year for economic collapse in the United States, and a subsequent civil breakdown in society.
At the same time, Congress and local municipalities across the country have passed laws, or offered initiatives, to take away guns and gun ownership from the citizenry, and have created a two-tier system of those allowed to purchase certain types of weapons for personal protection, and those who cannot. In response to this, over 200 gun manufacturers and retailers have banded together to refuse service and sales to government and law enforcement agencies in areas that restrict the same gun ownership to the people.
Craig B. Hulet has spent over 40 years working with military, economic, and political agencies in the United States and around the world, and analyzing programs that effect the national interests of the government and people of this country. In a final analysis to the increased purchases by Homeland Security of military grade weapons and ammunition, as well as their onsite coordination in every state in the country, Hulet believes that these activities are in preparation of something very big that is coming to America, that will create civil chaos and unrest, and will not originate from an external source.
