"The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" revisits the Paris episodes of the late night talk show during the week of January 23-27, 2012, according to a January 17, 2012, press release from CBS.
"Le Late Late Show Avec Craig Ferguson" is a week of special episodes that were filmed in Paris last summer. Ferguson visits French landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower, Chateau de Versaillers, the Louve, Pont Des Artes Bridge, Montartre, the Moulin Rouge and the Tough d'Argent restaurant.
As Ferguson explores French culture, he is joined by Kristen Bell and interacts with notable Parisians, such as show designer Christian Louboutin, Shakespeare & Company bookstore owner Sylvia Whitman, royal historian Stephane Bern and Marie-Anne Cantin, owner of the city's premiere cheese shop. Ferguson also interviews Eddie Izzard, Jean Reno and Jean-Michel Cousteau.
"It's a great day for us because we made it here, to Paris!" exclaimed Craig Ferguson as he filmed the show in front of the Eiffel Tower. "We don't have a studio, we don't have any lighting, but that never stopped us in America and it's not going to stop us here!"
"We filmed these episodes in and around one of the most beautiful cities in the world, without setting foot inside a television studio or production facility, giving the shows a unique look and feel," said producer Michael Naidus.
