A Feb. 25 post on Craig Campbell’s Facebook page invites fans to register for the event which will be held on Monday, March 3 at Grand Central Terminal’s Vanderbilt Hall in New York City. Fight Colorectal Cancer, the nonprofit organization behind “One Million Strong” intends to raise awareness about colorectal cancer and encourages those impacted by colorectal cancer to share their stories and join the “march” for the cause.
At CMA Fest in June 2013 Craig Campbell hosted the first annual Celebrity Cornhole Challenge to raise money to benefit the TJ Martell Foundation’s colon cancer research. Campbell, who was 11 at the time, lost his father to colorectal cancer. Craig’s father was only 36 when he lost his cancer battle. In addition to the “One Million Strong” event in NYC for Fight Colorectal Cancer, Campbell will host the second annual Celebrity Cornhole Challenge at CMA Fest this year.
