A new episode of The Cat and the Hat Knows a Lot About That called "Pick Your Friends/Finola's Farm" premieres on Tucson's PBS Channel 6 on Friday, February 11, 2011 at 7:30am.  The first part of the episode is about making a Valentine's card for the Cat.  The second part is about milking a cow and what milk can be turned into such as cheese and ice cream.  Below are some craft ideas related to this episode.
