This yummy, super easy recipe makes two sandwiches.
4 slices of sourdough bread
2 slices of Havarti cheese
½ avocado, pitted, skinned, and sliced
8 oz snow crab
2 tbsp. butter, room temp
Butter one side of each bread slice. Heat a skillet to medium and place the bread slices butter side down. Meanwhile, stack your cheese, avocado, and crab on the top. Place one slice on top of the filling, with the buttered side up. Cook for several minutes until the bottom slice is golden brown. Carefully flip and cook on the other side (it will cook faster). Serve and enjoy!
