Cowboys must run the ball to beat Texans

The Dallas Cowboys are  passing the ball too much and it's part of the reason they are winless going into a week 3 matchup with the Houston Texans.

The other reasons are the offensive line, the coaching, and some defensive players.

One has to wonder who leads this team in the locker room? Where's the charisma besides Keith Brooking's game-starting huddle.

The Dallas Cowboys are 6-0 when Marion Barber runs more than 20 times in the game. Instead of utilizing the "hot" runner, the Cowboys use three running backs to go in and out of the game through four quarters. It's the most ridiculous show on Earth.

If Barber gets injured, then you have two more solid running backs to give the ball to.  Since the 2007 season, the Cowboys have a 4-10 record when Tony Romo throws the ball more than 35 times.

The Texans have holes at linebacker. Although Matt Schaub is off to a hot start, and they have a rookie running back who scorched the Colts, the Cowboys sticking to the running game should keep the Texans offense off the field.

Jason Garrett must be held accountable for his play calling at this point. An 0-3 start would essentially put the Cowboys out of playoff contention this early in the season.

"Where's the charisma besides Keith Brooking's game-starting huddle." This sentence should end with a question mark, not a period.

Is it just me, or does everyone of Telvock's articles have a factual error, typo, or grammar mistake?

"The Dallas Cowboys are passing the ball too much and it's part of the reason they are winless going into a week 3 matchup with the Houston Texans."

This sentence has two independent clauses; hence, there should be a comma before the word "and".
