The evening gown Courtney Stodden wore this past weekend at her gala red carpet event for the premiere of her "Reality" music video at Eleven Nightclub in West Hollywood, literally sparkled. Stodden sashayed on the red carpet in a sheer black evening gown created by Kicka Custom Designs. Couture fashion made especially for the budding music star, Stodden twinkled with light-up panties that got the whole room mesmerized and truly got the party started!
