Courtland Rogers family subpoenaed in Jenelle Evans domestic violence case

Jenelle Evans of "Teen Mom 2" is known for controversy and drama. The latest news about the reality star is that she may end up getting in trouble due to the Courtland Rogers domestic violence case. According to Reality Tea on March 20, the bad boy's mother and sister have been subpoenaed.

The "Teen Mom 2" star filed assault charges against her husband and then had a supposed miscarriage a short time later, which some fans blamed Courtland for. However, there are people out there that believed she was never pregnant in the first place and faked a miscarriage to get attention. If she did have a miscarriage, then it was most likely due to her heroin addiction. There were even rumors that Jenelle Evans used red food coloring to fake her miscarriage and that she allegedly took pictures of her miscarriage as well.

A source says that Courtland's mom, Holley, and his sister, Carson say that the assault never happened and that he simply tried to take the keys out of Jenelle Evans' hand. According to a source, Carson said that she saw the entire thing and Rogers never touched Evans.

Courtland Rogers' family is unhappy that he and Jenelle Evans seem to be getting cozy again and say that they are shocked that he would hang out with her after what she did. They also believe that once the truth comes out that the "Teen Mom 2" star will be in serious trouble. After all, filing a false police report is a crime.

What do you think? Did Jenelle lie about being assaulted?
