Jennifer Aniston thinks Courteney Cox is pulling a total Brad Pitt on Howard Stern Show intern David Arquette.
According to a new report by US Weekly, the 'Friends' co-stars are at odds over Cox's new relationship with her 'Cougartown' co-star Brian von Holt--the same one Howard Stern accused Cox of having an emotional affair with long before her split with Arquette.

US Weekly quoted a source close to Aniston as saying:
"Jen thinks Courteney is acting callous by running around with this guy [Von Holt] but refusing to file divorce papers. Like she's playing mind games with David."
Aniston's own relationship with her ex-husband Brad Pitt began to deteriorate after Pitt became engaged in an emotiional affair with his 'Mr & Mrs Smith' co-star and future wife Angelina Jolie.

Cox and Arquette legally separated in the summer of 2010. News of the separation stayed out of the tabloids until Arquette was accused of having an affair with cocktail waitress Jasmine Waltz in October. The morning after the story broke, Arquette called in to the Howard Stern Show and offered Stern an exclusive 90 minute interview about the deterioration of his marriage.
David Arquette has completed multiple internships on the Howard Stern Show. He is featured during this week's Howard Stern Show vacation as the host of 'Intern Week,' a series of "Best of" clips related to past HSS interns.
