Courtland Rogers has been accused of physical assault by his wife Jenelle Evans and while the Teen Mom 2 star has officially filed a number of charges against him including charges of assault against the baby she was carrying at the time, some have doubted that the assault ever happened and not just because of Jenelle's history of claiming abuse.
“He has never been known to hit girls,” a source close to the situation told Hollywood Life on February 7. “Even with all the stuff he does, I am not the slightest bit convinced he assaulted Jenelle. Just not his M.O.” In addition to the already looming speculation to Jenelle's accusations, things were taken to a new level of question when just hours after filing the charges, she moved in with a man who she claimed had abused her. So either Jenelle was lying about the original charges, or she just has such low standards that an abusive relationship is somehow excusable to her.
Whatever the case is, it's a shame that Courtland is caught up in. If he really didn't assault her, that would be terrible for him to go through -- not that it wouldn't be even more terrible if he had actually done it. But it's really hard to believe someone who has claimed assault of a few occasions before and is currently involved with one of the men who had allegedly assault her.
