A couple had a dying wish to get married and strangers made their dream come true. On March 16, ABC reported that this couple got their dream wedding and their honeymoon to Disney. Strangers raised over $65,000 so that they could make this happen.
Nolan Keane now has been battling cancer for four years. He wanted to marry his high school sweetheart, but he was not sure if it could happen or not because of his health issues. He wanted to marry Morgan Carstens.
Nolan was given one year to live and four years later he is still here and now married to his high school sweetheart. He proposed to her last year at Disney World.
He was recently told he had months to live and he wanted to get married and take a honeymoon back to Disney World, but of course this is expensive. His family set up a Facebook and more to get the word out. Over $65,000 was donated to help pay for the wedding and honeymoon. They got what they wanted.
