Weddings are a roller coaster ride that takes a person through millions of emotions. But imagine getting married in a store and having your favorite TV star walk in. That's exactly what happened to Mehgan Cook and Charlie Miller.
As Mehgan and Charlie were in the middle of their wedding ceremony, they got the surprise of their lives. Willie Robertson entered the store.
Mehgan and Charlie are huge fans of the Discovery Channel's "Duck Dynasty" show and their wedding attire proved it. Mehgan wore a camouflage sash on her dress and Charlie was completely decked out in camo gear.
The young couple said that when they heard that Willie Robertson was going to be in the area, they wanted to cancel the wedding. However, when Mehgan’s mother heard about it, she came up with the idea that they should marry at the newly opened Field and Stream Store.
Imagine Willie's surprise when he walked into the Field and Stream Store in Butler County Pa. on Saturday and found himself at another wedding. Willie said, "That's a first for me, it's good to be a part of that. They look like my kind of folks with the camouflage. That was cool."
And Willie's advice to the newly married couple? He told them to always love and forgive one another. Those are true words, that everyone should follow.
Last week on “Duck Dynasty,” viewers were able to watch Phil Robertson and Miss Kay Robertson renew their vows after 48 years of marriage. When the couple got married the first time, they said their vows before the justice of the peace. Back then, it was all the couple could afford. Things have certainly changed for the Robertsons since that time.
