A Brooklyn couple was arrested Tuesday, March 19 on allegations they were plotting to sexually abuse toddlers under the guise of a babysitting service, according to “NBC News New York”.
Bebars Baslan, 35, and his girlfriend, 25-year-old Kristen Henry, were arrested in a hotel in Jersey City, New Jersey by FBI special agents in conjunction with NYPD detectives where a fake encounter was choreographed to fulfill the Brooklyn couples sick sexual fantasies.
According to reports, an acquaintance turned informant discovered Baslan and Henry were planning on using a babysitting service to lure potential sex abuse victims, children as young as 3-months. The acquaintance contacted police with the sick plot and informed authorities the Brooklyn couple possessed child pornography.
A sting was set up and the informant helped record telephone conversations with Baslan, where he detailed his plans to drug the toddlers and have his girlfriend perform oral sex acts while he recorded the abuse.
Trust me, all what I'm doing, nothing is going to be, no memories, nothing…if it's one minute he won't even know what's going on.
The couple arrived at the Jersey City hotel believing they were meeting the acquaintance and three children, including a one year old and 3-month old baby, that the group was planning to drug with Benadryl and take sexually explicit photos of Henry abusing.
Baslan and his girlfriend were charged with aggravated sexual abuse and face 30 years to life in prison for plotting to create a babysitting service to lure victims. As details unfolded, it was also reported Henry wanted to get married and have a baby where she could live out her twisted sexual fantasies, sexually abusing her own child repeatedly.
