Working to earn the family income eased off one day for county workers. Employees off Presidents Day, February 18th, will return to productive work on Tuesday.
During their time off, county office stay closed. Libraries closed today return to normal business hours tomorrow.
At county parks and preserves, the holiday is like any day. San Diegans can celebrate presidential traditions and honor George Washington and Abraham Lincoln in the open area. Though not all are open on Presidents Day.
Staff at the community centers in Lakeside and Fallbrook have the day off. The centers are closed.
