Country superstar Luke Bryan pulled into St. Paul Minnesota on Sunday night March 2 and before the big show, Bryan threw a first-class party for all of his friends, with a little help from some friends, the geniuses at CID Entertainment to be exact. The exclusive pre-party was held at the River Centre in St. Paul, which is connected to the Xcel Energy Center where Bryan would perform later that night.
Hundreds were in attendance for the event with a vast majority being women, which is no surprise considering Bryan seems to attract a lot of female attention with his southern charm. Throughout the room there were two buffet style tables on each side prepared with scrumptious chocolate chip cookies, kettle chips, fruit trays containing fresh pineapple, grapes, various cheeses, vegetable trays with a variety of dipping sauces, a basket with an assortment of crackers and sandwich trays made with an array of deli sliced meats and cheeses. Also on each side of the room were cash bars offering various beverages. Some attendees sat at the tables, but most preferred to stand and socialize.
Towards the far right corner a large group gathered the entire time at a makeshift stage with a small platform with a lone microphone and guitar on a stand in the back of the platform. This would be the epiphany of all the celebrations going on in the place tonight. Soon their wait would be over as Luke Bryan would walk out from the black curtain behind the stage any minute now. For those who stood the entire two hours in front of the stage, their legs would have to hold up another half hour or so. As Bryan walked out the place came to life like never before, deafening screams echoed through the entire room.
Bryan performed a few songs including his latest single, “Play it Again” he remarked how damn cold it was in Minnesota, but that he was glad to be here. It wouldn’t be long and Bryan would be whisked away for another meet and greet and possibly rest a little before the big show which was less than an hour away. Everyone that attended said they had a great time and were looking forward to Bryan’s arena show tonight.
