Big machine Records is at it again. Everyone knows about Taylor Swift, but did you know the marketing juggernaut behind her meteoric rise to the top of country music was orchestrated by Big Machine Records. They are also the record company behind Jack Ingram as well as Trisha Yearwood.
Big Machine Records has a brand new country duo on the road. Last season on CMT's Can You Duet, the duo of Steel Magnolia rose to the top and took the honors as the best new duet.
Steel Magnolia has completed their five song Ep and recently released their debut single "Keep On Loving You." Before joining Brad Paisley on his upcoming H2O Tour, Meghan Linsey and Joshua Scott Jones who started performing together on Nashville's Printer's Alley , will be making some appearances.
Lucky people getting out of work early on Thursday March 25 can head on over to The Wild Wing Cafe to catch Steel Magnolia between 5pm and 6pm. This appearance will be at the Vista location at 729 Lady Street. Get there early and order a beer and a plate of wings, then sit back and enjoy a great show from a group that is sure to be walking on stage to accept a best new artist award in the near future.
