Says Troy House, Music Director of WKFC/WKKQ/WKFO in London, KY, "...reminds me of Carrie Underwood, but with something more."

“Can’t wait to share this song with our audience. It’s solid and well-produced.” - Troy House, Music Director, WKFC/WKKQ/WKFO - London, KY

The official music video for "You Can Leave" was recently released on YouTube and can be viewed by clicking the video tab in the upper left of this article.

Lexis' ambition drew from an early age, watching her mother, a Mary Kay Cosmetics National Sales Director, "empower women everyday." Those close ties to her Mom and Mary Kay friends and family have given her the opportunities to travel all over the country to perform in front of thousands of strong women at their meetings and events. It has now allowed her this opportunity to use her Mom’s trademark Pink Cadillac for some of her radio tour stops while she takes her own empowering message and single “You Can Leave” with her.“If I can empower someone through my music I feel like I am following in my Mom’s footsteps and doing good.”

Lexi not only has a special knack and love for singing country music, but she has the songwriting skills to back up her extraordinary talent. Furthermore, her extensive songwriting skills can be heard on her album Good Memories, with songs like "Something About A Sunday," in addition to "You Can Leave." Good Memories pairs her with some of Nashville’s greatest musicians to create a sound that is highly addicting and uniquely Lexi. Larsen's album was directly funded through Kickstarter with an avid fan base. Those fans rallied for her, and helped her reached her goal with confidence and determination. She had collated well-beyond her goal before the 30 day time period. Good Memories is available for purchase on iTunes.

Lexi Larsen isn't your typical country music southern girl, having been born and raised in corn country Nebraska, but has that "small-town girl with big city appeal." She started off with a Galaxy of Stars Search audition to the regional Colgate Country Showdown, and has been building a solid fan-base with those early roots. Larsen earned a coveted position singing the national anthem at the National Finals Rodeo. She's also opened for Country Music Hall of Famer and music legend Ronnie Milsap, chart-topper Phil Vassar, Warner Bros recording trio Gloriana, along with Grammy-nominated acts, Emerson Drive and most recently, the award-winning Restless Heart.

Lexi's talent has wooed crowds near and as far as China with her dynamite voice and meticulous songwriting. She took her new sound on a recent summer tour that took her to wild, motorcycle rallies to a sold-out show in her hometown of Ogallala, Nebraska at the famous Haythorn Ranch.
