On Jan. 8, it was announced that country music living legend Charley Pride is going to tour internationally in Canada. He has performed worldwide on a regular basis for over 45 years and the veteran country singer has had more than fifty Top 10 country hits in his illustrious recording career.

Pride is expected to visit such Canadian provinces as Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Saskatchewan.

Pride has long been considered an international ambassador for the country genre of music. He was recognized back in October of 2012 when he was inducted into the IEBA (International Entertainment Buyers Association) Hall Of Fame.

Last year, Pride headlined the Lofoten Country Music Festival in Norway, enjoyed a successful nine-date tour of Canada and completely sold out his 16-date tour in Australia and New Zealand.
