Kacey Musgraves: Kacey Musgraves has made a name for herself with the release of “Merry Go Round” in the fall of 2012. Set in small town America, the tune features the dark reality that some face by not leaving town. The former “Nashville Star” contestant has been busy songwriting and keeping to her roots. Fifth on the Floor: Kentucky natives Fifth on the Floor have been gaining more listeners to their music thanks to a famous country music legend’s son. Shooter Jennings has produced Fifth on the Floor’s latest album, which is set for release in March. Members of the band have been featured in several of Jennings’ latest music videos.
