The 'Devil Went Down to Georgia' singer was  snowmobiling while on vacation in Colorado on January 15th when the stroke occurred.

Daniels was first treated in Durango, CO and was then airlifted to a Denver hospital and released last Sunday, the 17th.

He has been resting at his Colorado home and no concert dates are expected to be canceled or rescheduled.  Daniels performed a two-night holiday concert at the Hinckley Grand Casino this past November, and also notably made an appearance during the 2008 Republican National Convention in St. Paul.
