For the next 4 weeks, you will be provided with a series of tips, reflections and exercises to help you look back on the past year and look forward to the new year. Whether or not you subscribe to New Year's resolutions, you probably can agree that there is a newness, a sense of renewal that is ushered in when a new year begins. Although the only thing that reallly changes is the date on the calendar - it feels different and our perspective and perception is different. Honestly - a mindset or perspective shift is all that is needed to experience change.
