Could mangosteen be the answer to your family's nutritional needs?

Mangosteen, a rare tropical fruit that has been used “for centuries by Asian health practitioners to treat a variety of health conditions," has now found its way into the modern world as a popular “health drink”.

According to WebMD, mangosteen, including the fruit, fruit juice, rind, twig and bark are all used as medicine to treat conditions such as: urinary tract infections, diarrhea, menstrual disorders, cancer, and osteoarthritis. It has also been used for improving mental health and stimulating your immune system, as well as on the skin, for treatment of eczema and other skin conditions.

With so many possible health benefits, it should come as no surprise that this small, sweet and tart fruit has become so insanely popular.

Today, mangosteen health drinks, powders, and capsules are sold everywhere including, The Vitamin Shoppe, GNC, and Target, but along with the claim of “health benefits,” it’s just as important to know what’s NOT going into your product, as much as what IS going into your body.

You should look for a product that has no artificial sweeteners, colors, flavors, gluten, preservatives, soy, dairy, high fructose corn syrup, and last but not least, no BPA packaging.

There is a product that is American made, “physician formulated and clinically studied,” and one that Dr. Oz believes in and fully endorses, called Vemma.

According to Dr. Yibing Wang M.D., Ph D., Vemma’s Chief Scientific Officer, "It's a great honor to provide you with quite possibly the most powerful liquid antioxidant available anywhere. Consuming Vemma daily helps strengthen the body's natural immune defense, maintains vitality and enhances overall quality of life."*

Vemma, with the help of the tiny superfruit mangosteen, may just be the nutritional answer you and your family have been looking for.
