The very anxious ‘Mortal Instruments’ fans of Cassandra Clare’s Internaltionally bestselling series may not be hearing much news, but Screen Gems is still at work on pre-production of ‘City of Bones,’ the first in the franchise. British actor Jamie Campbell Bower, who will play Jace Wayland has said that filming may is set to start in January. We’ve seen the early mock-ups of the studios vampire motorcyclers, could Bower be in Shadowhunter training as well?
His recent treat sounds promising to many ‘Mortal Instruments’ fans. A little over seven hours ago the actor wrote from his verified Twitter account @JamieBower:
Soooo wiped after todays already physically chanllenging day. Am lying on my kitchen floor in pools of my own sweat. Nice. X
If this isn’t official pre-production training, then I’m sure Bower is getting anxious to get ready for the role, further demonstrating his dedication to this role. In the mean while, his co-star Lily Collins (Clary Fray) is wrapping up filming the still untitled ‘Snow White’ project and preparing to promote her next movie ‘Abduction.’
As we get closer to January ‘Mortal Instruments’ fans can look forward to more news and excitement.
