Attending the International Makeup Artists Trade Show (IMATS) this weekend can be overwhelming with over 100 makeup, skin care and beauty accessories vendors present. IMATS Los Angeles will be held January 18-20, 2013. It’s open to the public and held annually at the Pasadena Convention Center. This year IMATS was moved up from June to January. Each company will have their booth set up for you to browse and select products at discount prices ranging from 10% - 40% off.
While you may start out trying to look cute in your high heels, it’s best to bring a pair of flats to change into. The lines are long, its crowded, but worth the wait due to the discounts, the opportunity to learn from respected and award winning makeup artists and a chance to network with fellow beauty enthusiasts.
