Corporate rates at local hotels: Saves money

Do you wonder why should I set up a corporate rate at a local hotel? The answer is simple really, to save your company money and negotiate perks you may not otherwise get.

Rate negotiations with hotels, can not only give you a lower rate than the rack rate, but you can negotiate in free breakfast if the hotel does not offer it, late checkouts or other amenities that your company may be interested in securing.

Most hotels set up rates for a year to ensure that the client is meeting their targeted hotel occupancy for the rate to remain valid.

Some companies have a nationwide rate but having a local rate sets your company up for the right price point in your region.
