Corey Haim died at 2:15 a.m. this morning at St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, California. An autopsy of Haim's body will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
Early unconfirmed reports indicate that Corey Haim may have died on an accidental drug overdose.
Sources told TMZ that Haim was staying at his mother's apartment when he died.
Reportedly, Haim got out of bed a little before 1 a.m. and collapsed in front on his mother. A 911 call was placed at 12:53 by Haim's mother.
According to authorities no illegal drugs were found in the apartment. Prescription drugs were found at the scene.
Corey Haim had a well publicized battle with the drugs. Over the past few years many believed he was doing much better.
Corey Feldman and Corey Hain starred together on the A&E show "The Two Coreys". The show highlighted Haim's battle with his drug addiction. The show was canceled after only two seasons.
Corey Haim may be best known for his roles in the movies "Lucas" , "The Lost Boys", and "License to Drive".
