Every Wednesday in November 2013, the Corbett House that is part of the Tucson Museum of Art's historic buildings will be open for tours. Tours will be given at 11 a.m. on each Wednesday in November. Additionally, the Corbett House will have extended hours for self-guided tours from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. each Wednesday in November.
The J. Knox Corbett House was completed in 1907. It has a full basement where one of the city's first air conditioning systems, a water cooling tower, was used. During Prohibition, gin was made in the attic.
