Dominique’s Kitchen has scheduled a special Coq Au Vin Dinner on Tuesday, March 25.
Once again, Dominique and his team will offer South Bay diners an expertly prepared, authentic, French meal between 7:30 and 9 p.m.
Dinner will be served at 7:30 but guests are encouraged to arrive early (say, 7:00ish) and enjoy a complimentary glass of Prosecco
The three course prix fixe meal is $39.99 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
Here’s a sneak peek at the menu….
First Course: Organic Greens Risotto – A favorite dish of regulars who often enjoy it on special at the restaurant, the organic greens risotto with greens selected from the farmers market.
Second Course: Coq Au Vin – A traditional dish from the Burgundy region of France, coq au vin literally means “rooster in red wine.” Served with vegetables and a truffle mash.
Third Course: Dessert – Passion fruit panna cotta with infused pineapple and mint served with your choice of coffee or tea.
