It was caught on video which you can see here if you really want to see it. The video was up loaded to the internet yesterday, May 4 2014. A male decided to play with his privates while on a SEPTA bus filled with people, including women and children. The unnamed bus route shows a male who is confused and a bit upset that he was caught doing the deed with himself.

Philadelphia Police have seen the video and their Sex Crimes Division is trying to find the man, along with Transit Police. on the video is a very clear facial shot, someone should know who he is. He seems bewildered that someone would complain about what he did,and seems to think, from the statements he made ,that as long as no one complained,it was okay for him to pull out his manhood and do whatever.

Police can only assume the actual event happened recently. The lady that filmed this did not leave any details as to date ,time or location. Police are looking at SEPTA security footage to see if they can identify who this guy is and if he is a regular rider on the bus.

The video is a bit graphic and should not be viewed by children or those easily offended. As other passengers become aware of what his happened, the man becomes aware he might have a problem and he leaves the bus immediately, as the woman and others start telling him to get off the bus.

This incident appears to happen in the middle of the bus and the driver is unaware of anything happening on his bus. If you know who this man is or have information as to where this took place, contact police as they would like to hear from you.
