Copper Mountain Resort announced today that it will re-open this weekend citing “an incredible 2013/2014 season snowfall, piling up to more than 29 feet of snow and 34 inches alone in April.”

During the upcoming extended weekend, Friday through Sunday, April 25-27 Copper Mountain will open American Flyer, Sierra, Celebrity Ridge, and Timberline lifts each day from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Skier services, including food and beverage rental and retail options, will be limited to Center Village. Overnight accommodations will not be available during the extended weekend through Copper Mountain Lodging. All parking throughout Copper Mountain Resort will be complimentary throughout the weekend.

All 2013/2014 Copper Mountain season pass products and coupons will be valid during the extended weekend, including Rocky Mountain Superpass and Superpass Plus, Four Packs with remaining days and Copper Mountain Season Passes.

The Snow Day pass will be valid if 4 inches or more are reported, which is quite possible Sunday morning. If a Snow Day is not reported then Snow Day Passholders will be offered a $40 discounted day ticket with a valid Snow Day pass shown at the Center Village guest service or ticket window location.

If you have a 2013/2014 season pass to another ski area, you get a discounted lift ticket for $59 when shown at the lift ticket window. For more information visit www.coppercolorado.com/ExtendedSeason.
